The production company or filming staff agree to indemnify the owner of the property for any damages that may be caused, the production company or filming staff being the sole responsible in the event of any claim, process or lawsuit for injury to persons, offences against fundamental rights (honour, own image, etc.) or damage to property that occurs or may arise from the exercise of the activities of the applicant, its workers or others. Municipal regulations and higher-rank norms must be respected in all filming and photographic sessions, also taking into account the special protection of historic buildings, parks and gardens.
