Filming in Seville

If you are shooting in open public spaces with a small team (up to 15 people), a hand-held camera and/or occasional use of a tripod and without electro-technical or scenographic setting-up, without the limitation of pedestrian or road traffic nor the use of special effects and without the need to make any intervention on elements of urban furniture and infrastructure, you must fill in a communicated act.

Once your online application is received, you will receive a communication in which you will be informed about the feasibility of the application.

The processing period is 48 working hours, counting from the day after the request is made. Applications submitted after the deadline may be rejected.

If the filming involves other aspects such as long duration, occupation of public roads, limitation of road traffic or any impact on street furniture or different locations, you must complete the general application for filming permit.

The general filming permit is the document that allows the opening of your file for advice, management and processing of the permits for your production. It will be compulsory in all cases, except for those that only involve the application for a Communicated Act. This general filming permit is only processed once, at the beginning of your production in Seville.
